How long will my balloons last?
When used indoors, balloons are guaranteed to stay inflated for two days minimum. All of our Latex helium balloons are prefilled with Hi-float, which helps the balloons to float longer. Most balloons last much longer when used indoors. Mylars are guaranteed for 2 days but usually float longer as well.
How will the weather affect the balloons?
Warmer temperatures and higher humidity can cause air-filled balloons to deflate quickly, while cooler temperatures and lower humidity can extend their life. The best temperature for balloons is between 55-75 degrees F. Heat and sun can shorten the life span of balloon and cause deflating quicker than if used indoors.
Will my bouquet arrangement look exactly like the one in the picture?
Because balloons twist and turn, we do not guarantee that they will arrive or remain in a specific formation throughout their life. However, they can easily be untied from their anchor and re-arranged as desired.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
Some orders may be able to be delivered on the same day for a small rush fee. Most orders do require direct communication with the client and time to order specific sizes and colors of balloons. Venues that are for weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, etc. will require advance booking to ensure availability.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do delivery. The delivery fee depends travel distance and the time of delivery. The standard rate is $15.00 local, $25.00 if over 20 miles and $50.00 when between 50 -75 miles.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We accept cancellations up to three weeks before the event but we have the option to keep the non-refundable deposit for the inconvenience of not being able to book other clients during that time.
